In 1994, it was transferred to Rosemont, Illinois in front of the M. I. Hummel Museum at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

In 2003, the Wanderer traveled to Pennington, New Jersey to greet fans in front of the M. I. Hummel Factory Store. And now in 2009, he is officially home in the new office of the M. I.
